We’re excited to share that Tesor Designs has been featured once again by Elle Decor India, this time for a truly unique transformation—a century-old bungalow in Belgaum reimagined into a modern Art Deco-inspired restaurant. This project is close to our hearts, not just because of its scale and elegance, but because it allowed us to blend history, design, and storytelling into one unforgettable space.
Breathing New Life into a Century-Old Structure
When our clients approached us with a vision to convert their ancestral bungalow into a commercial hospitality space, we knew we had something special on our hands. The challenge was to honour the existing architectural heritage while infusing it with bold, contemporary Art Deco influences that would give it a new lease of life—and a new identity.
Located in the heart of Belgaum, the space is now a one-of-a-kind restaurant, brimming with personality and charm. The design seamlessly fuses arched windows, custom terrazzo flooring, vintage lighting, and geometric motifs, creating an immersive experience that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly modern.

What This Project Taught Us
